Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in driving performance and optimizing conversions through strategic email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of email marketing platforms and a data-driven approach to campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-performing email marketing strategies focused on maximizing conversions.
  • Utilize platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, Mailchimp, and others to create, manage, and track campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and A/B testing tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with SAP to streamline data and enhance campaign targeting.
  • Customize email templates using HTML/CSS (preferred but not required).
  • Manage email list segmentation, automation, and drip campaigns to improve audience engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices and regulatory guidelines.
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy that drives engagement and action.
  • Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented and data-focused mindset to consistently improve campaign performance.
