Entry Level Project Coordinator- Banking

This role owns the implementation of the Integrated Payables solution, providing guidance on the implementation scope, deliverables/timelines, consulting with the client on functionality, gathering requirements, configuring the payables solution in systems, provide guidance to the client for their configuration, partner with the Development team to build the solution and finally launch the solution with the client.


- Able to work independently, perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time, skilled in prioritizing competing requirements

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to facilitate meetings remotely via WebEx/Skype

- Ability to accomplish results working through others

- Manage the expectations of the client (internal and external) with regard to product functionality, functional deliverables, time-frames, etc. by understanding the implementation deliverables and their prioritization

- Hands on, individual contributor and collaborative team player

- Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical personnel at all levels; and good listening skills to translate requirements from non-technical clients into requirements for the Development team

- Gather functional and business requirements from clients, evaluate their needs and configure the client in internal systems

- Consistently communicate implementation status with clients by means of status reports and status calls

- Prior finance/banking experience desired

Bachelor’ s Degree in Business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
