Job Description

Certified Appian Lead / Instructor
We are seeking a Certified Appian Lead who is both a hands-on builder and a technical instructor. This role will lead internal Appian enablement by owning the demo and training environments, building real-world solutions, and teaching teams how to design and deliver high-quality Appian applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain the internal Appian demo and training environments
  • Design and build Appian applications, demos, and reusable components
  • Train, mentor, and coach developers on Appian best practices and architecture
  • Establish development standards and patterns across the team
  • Serve as the go-to Appian expert for technical guidance and enablement
Qualifications
  • Appian Certification (Associate, Senior, or Lead)
  • Strong hands-on Appian development experience
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead technical teams
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills
