Our Premier Santa Rosa client has a  need to augment their  HR operations staff due to a scheduled leave of absence. 

 

Title: HR Administrator

Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Hours: M-F, 8am to 5pm

Duties:
  • Provide customer by email/phone/in person to employees on issues relating to payroll, time cards, and other HR inquiries.
  • Maintain employee/HR records (filing, retrieval, retention and purging)
  • Process  status change transactions (promotions, terminations, transfer etc.)

Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • At least two years related experience in HR (Payroll)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Detail oriented
