Kavaliro has partnered with a technology organization seeking an HR Metrics/Data Analyst.
Sr. HR Metrics/Data Analyst
Searching for a seasoned HR Metrics/Data Analyst with a strong background within Taleo to join a newly developed team in HR Analytics. This team will service the entire enterprise, creating tools such as reports and dashboards providing effective data and trends.
Knowledge/Skills and Ability:
• Experience with entity relationship modeling.
• Experience with SQL development to manage creating and maintaining functions, stored procedures, packages, triggers, and data structures.
• Experience in data warehousing projects
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 products and the ecosystem.
• In depth knowledge of various data analytical tools, platforms, and visualization software.
• Expertise in query tools, modeling, and data analysis.
• Taleo experience required.
• Microsoft Power BI experience preferred.
Typical Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent knowledge.
Three years of related professional experience.
