Overview:

Kavaliro has partnered with an electrical organization in Windor seeking an HR Manager. This a fulltime, direct-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate and contribute to local business strategy to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Handle all HR Solutions and processes and Process Implementations and oversee the
  • Provide input on the development and/or implementation of new or improved processes/products/services.
  • Handle all benefit administration and HR administration including payroll and claims.
  • Support recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel and temporary employees.
Qualifications:
  • Recruiting/HR experience
  • Knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations.
  • HR experience
  • Skills in Microsoft Office and HRMS software applications is a plus.
Compensation:
  • $120-$150k
