Kavaliro is seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated IT Customer Support Engineer for a permanent position with one of their leading clients in the Orlando area. 

This position requires outstanding communications skills, solid business acumen and keen analytical skills. This position advises and collaborates with users on best practices and operational solutions.
  • Supporting Jira ticketing system and prioritizing tickets 
  • Prepare statistical data for upper management
  • Escalate issues with IT team
  • Support minor workstation maintenance
  • Assist in developing and implementing new technologies
  • Support  IT Development Team
  • Assist in product upgrades and roll outs
  • basic help desk support 

 

 

Qualifications:
  • A.S/B.S. in Information Technology or related business field
  • Proven advanced support for Jira/Confluence and other Atlassian products
  • 1-5 years’ experience working in progressively responsible roles in user support and have a strong track record of accomplishments
  • Substantial subject matter knowledge of applicable technologies with excellent verbal, written, analytical, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Development experience in Microsoft Products
  • Strong technical problem solving skills
  • Incident Tracking Policies and Procedures
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing tracking tools
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Recognize and respond to appropriate priorities
