SIGINT Subject Matter Expert
Job Description
High-Level Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise to the team and government leadership on advanced collection planning, execution, and reporting.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts in advanced tradecraft, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Maintain situational awareness of Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) policies to ensure the team's analytical products are compliant and relevant.
- Serve as a primary analyst for complex targets and assist in fusing intelligence from multiple sources.
- Develop and refine analytical processes to improve team efficiency and product quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required: 8+ years of experience as a SIGINT analyst with a primary focus on analysis and reporting.
- Highly Desired: Experience supporting a joint, service, or special operations command.
- Required: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, finished analytical reports and briefings with minimal supervision.
- Required: Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Required: Must possess a current, or be able to pass, a counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph.
- Required: Valid US Passport.
General Deliverables & Analytical Duties:
- Produce and oversee the production of serialized SIGINT reports and other analytical products.
- Develop and deliver detailed briefings on analytical findings to government leadership.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of team TTPs.
- Maintain analytical databases and tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility for the team.
Additional Requirements:
- Potential for CONUS/OCONUS travel.
- Possible high-priority, time-sensitive support, which could require schedule flexibility.
