Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Orlando FL to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key IT initiatives within our organization. This role demands a detail-oriented and proactive leader with a strong technical foundation, particularly in enterprise software and systems deployment. The successful candidate must hold a PMP certification and have proven experience in Adobe software management optimization, Windows365 VDI environment deployment, and Canon Uniflow application upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of IT initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and adoption of new technologies.
- Oversee the optimization of Adobe software management, ensuring license compliance, streamlined deployment, and user productivity.
- Manage the deployment of Microsoft Windows365 Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), including design, configuration, testing, and rollout phases.
- Coordinate and execute the upgrade of Canon Uniflow applications, including planning, testing, data migration, and post-deployment support.
- Monitor project performance and apply project management best practices to continuously improve outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, and security compliance requirements.
- Prepare executive-level reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) – Required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure and software projects.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with:
- Adobe enterprise software deployment & license optimization.
- Microsoft Windows365 VDI environment setup and administration.
- Canon Uniflow software upgrade processes and integration.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- ITIL Certification or knowledge of IT service management best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and hybrid IT environments.
- Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
