Learning Transformation Operating Model Workstream Lead - REMOTE

A highly visible member of a senior project team, the Operating Model Workstream Lead will be key to the Learning Transformation taking on a role that works closely with the Enterprise Learning Board, to design the future learning operating model including size, roles and responsibilities. This role will also be responsible for the execution of learning activity analysis and confirmation of business case opportunity for new learning operating model.


• Conduct current state activity analysis of learning operating model and learning administration roles.

• Design and develop learning activity analysis survey; collate survey responses; analyze survey responses. • Design indicative future state learning operating model and learning admin shared services model (for Enterprise Learning Board approval).

• Work with the Finance Lead to cost the agreed future Learning Operating model design.

• Define and document accountabilities, responsibilities & decision-rights by role (e.g. using RACI framework).

• Develop detailed role profiles / job descriptions for all roles.

• Develop learning processes and SLAs for learning admin shared services model.

• Work with the Reward team to support grading of all new roles and any amendments to the HR job catalogue.

• Develop high level impact and transition plan for implementation of learning operating model and learning admin shared services model (for Enterprise Learning Board approval) including, conducting an impact assessment of the proposed organization re-design on current ways of working and culture and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Support design of enterprise wide learning governance model (e.g., scope, structure, roles and responsibilities, decision rights, agenda of decisions points) based on scope of future learning operating model.


• Experience of global HR organization design using appropriate tools and methodologies

• Experience of working with senior leaders to challenge, drive consensus and influence others to achieve positive outcomes

• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship building skills

• Demonstrate initiative, strong customer orientation and cross-cultural working

• Experience of working in a complex project environment and overall project / workstream management
