We’re hiring a Market Sales Manager (MSM) to lead and develop a team of Account Executives and Hospital Liaisons. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role—not a desk job. You’ll work side-by-side with your team, coaching in real time, strengthening execution, and driving measurable results.
You’ll play a key role in growing the market, expanding referral networks, and improving patient outcomes across core product lines (O?, PAP, NIV, NPWT/AWD).
Location:Â Must live in anywhere in South New Hampshire, or Central MassachusettsÂ
What You’ll Do
- Lead in the field: ride-alongs, coaching, and joint sales calls
- Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Execute sales strategy through weekly huddles and call plan reviews
- Track performance (KPIs, CRM usage, expenses, program adoption)
- Optimize territories and coverage for maximum growth
- Partner with Operations, Clinical, and BD teams to remove barriers
- Recruit and onboard top sales talent
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews with clear action plans
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Preferred:
- Healthcare sales experience (HME/DME/respiratory a plus)
- Leadership + performance management experience
- Strong track record of growing referral networks
- Familiarity with medical terminology
Comp & Details
- Salary: $100K – $115K + bonus
- Travel: ~50% (local market)
- Field-based leadership role
