Kavaliro has partnered with a technology organization seeking an Office Administrator in Jacksonville.  

Office Administrator                                                   

Job Summary:
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondences, maintaining filing systems, and ordering supplies. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing tasks and working with little supervision.

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Able and willing to follow company policy/process and procedure.
  • High standards for accuracy and quality in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well with managers, co-workers, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to multi-task and work productively in a busy, dynamic, and fast paced team environment and meet deadlines.
  • Must be a team-oriented problem solver who takes ownership of work performed.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma.
  • Two years of related office administration work experience or above.
  • Experience in QuickBooks is a plus
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office (proficient with Outlook, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint)
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • On-site work: This role requires on-site presence; no remote/hybrid work.
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to 32256
