Job Description
DUTIES:
- Cost Analysis: Ability to analyze and report on project costs, with insights for improving project and financial performance.
- Forecasting: Skill in creating accurate forecasts to evaluate project performance against budgets and schedules.
- Financial Management: Knowledge in managing project finances, including budgeting, accruals, and forecasting
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with various stakeholders. Including Capital Delivery Finance
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project Managment tools (i.e. MS Project, P6, MasterWorks)
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in financial analysis and project reporting.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments
REQUIRMENTS:
- 2+ years of related professional experience
- Past work with multiple contract types (Time & Materials, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Price)
- Tracking and managing ceiling and funding at all levels for teammates
- Reviewing and approving spend plans and invoices for accuracy and ensuring information is booked into the system accordingly
- Calculating and providing funding amounts for subcontractor teammates
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and coordinating corrections prior to submission for payment
- Tracking bill holds and accruals to closure across billing cycles
