Job Description

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator for a contract opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Take all documents from multiple sources and put into one refined well put together “book”
  • There will be a need for:
    • Technical Review of content to make sure there are logical breaks and content cohesiveness
    • Create PDF hyperlinks
    • Reference hyperlinks
    • Table of Contents
    • Appendices
    • Logical Numbering system
    • Large oversized maps and technical drawings will need to be printed and folded and inserted

Qualifications:
  • Expert in MS Word and strong knowledge of publication type procedures and document source review
  • Ability to organize, proof, and reproduce technical documents
  • Strong understanding of technical report writing procedures
  • Any scientific, engineering, environmental knowledge helpful; water knowledge extremely beneficial
  • Ability and Resources to create final printed project of up to 6+ Binders that are 8.5x11 - Approximately – 1000 pages that are a mix of PDF’s, Word Doc’s and oversized maps and technical drawings from multiple engineers and sources
