Job Description

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with nCino experience (Lending Systems Administrator) for an exciting contract to hire opportunity.  The Lending Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing lending systems and providing expertise for an nCino running on Salesforce implementation. You will be responsible for maintaining the functionality, security, and efficiency of the lending systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, and ensuring a seamless user experience for both internal staff and external clients.
 
DUTIES: 
30%: Lending Systems Administration
  • Configure and customize lending systems predominately nCino running on Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the lending operations, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and process automation.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and data access to ensure appropriate levels of security and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain validation rules, formulas, and custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into lending performance.

20%: System Maintenance
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as data cleanup, deduplication, and archiving, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

20%: Process Improvement
  • Work closely with lending and operations teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization within Salesforce.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows, approval processes, and automation to streamline lending operations.

20%: System Upgrades and Enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and implement new Salesforce features, releases, and third-party applications that align with lending business needs.

10%: User Support and Training
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the Salesforce platform effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and customizations for reference and training purposes.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience, 3+ years, as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proficiency in creating custom objects, fields, workflows, process automation, validation rules, and reports within Salesforce.
  • Experience with data management, data integrity, and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user support and training.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Skill in creating and sustaining positive working relationships with co-workers
