Salesforce CRM Architect
Responsible for establishing the direction and best practices relating to the continued growth and implementation of the Salesforce CRM platform.
Designing advanced and integrated solutions between Salesforce CRM and other systems.
Providing direction related to Salesforce CRM cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Einstein).
Maintaining and developing relationships with key partners, clients, and peers o Demonstrate and present criteria to determine whether to develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform or leverage the out-of-the-box capabilities.
Provide analysis on the right third party technologies to bring into the CRM ecosystem to enable on-going business strategies.
Bachelor' s or Master' s degree or equivalent education or experience.
5+ Years of experience in application development or architecture with 3+ years minimum in Salesforce CRM Platform
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and its related cloud technologies.
Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce CRM.
Translate complex use cases and apply understanding to prescribe the best implementation strategy.
Ability to provide high level requirements and prototypes to development teams to accelerate solution delivery in new problem spaces.
Ability to clearly document architectural patterns, data models, and strategies that can be shared with individuals of varying levels of technical acumen.
Proactive in identifying gaps in established architecture and establishing a roadmap for remediation.
Experience in utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud to enable an enterprise class customer facing support organization.
Experience integrating softphone and CTI technologies with Salesforce to simplify interactions with customers.
Salesforce Architecture or Developer certified.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using ETL and event driven data lifecycles utilizing Mulesoft.
History in establishing enterprise capabilities on top of Salesforce (Release Management, Continuous Integration, Backup and Archival, etc.)
