Responsible for building and supporting the core Salesforce CRM platform to best enable the continued growth and implementation of the software.
Administering the Salesforce platform feature sets on behalf of multiple development teams. 
Handling core release and environment management needs of an enterprise scale Salesforce CRM implementation. 
Building and supporting shared capabilities utilized across development teams for multiple business processes.
Establishing reports and audits of core Salesforce limits, licenses, and security models to measure the integrity of the system.
Collaborating with other development teams to ensure adherence to documented platform standards.
Provide proof of concepts of new capabilities or third-party vendors that can enable other development team' s success.
Provide training to developers and other users groups within the company of core Salesforce features. 

Qualifications:
Bachelor' s degree or equivalent education or experience. 
3+ Years of experience in application development with 2+ years minimum in Salesforce CRM Platform.

Meaningful experience in the Salesforce CRM platform and its related cloud technologies.
Creative problem-solving in support of Salesforce CRM capabilities.
Partner with architecture to establish and enforce platform standards. 
Proven experience in administering and building capabilities utilizing APEX and other core features within Salesforce CRM. 
Proven experience setting up third-party solutions with Salesforce CRM.
Can manage data import, data cleansing, deduplication, optimization, and other data maintenance efforts.

Preferred Skills

Experience in supporting Salesforce Service Cloud to enable an enterprise class customer facing support organization. 
Experience supporting softphone and CTI technologies with Salesforce to simplify interactions with customers.
Salesforce Developer or Administrator certified.
History in providing support for enterprise capabilities on top of Salesforce (Release Management, Continuous Integration, Backup and Archival, etc.)
