Job Description

Kavaliro has partnered with a client who is seeking a Senior Workday Benefits Consultant for a contract opportunity.  The People, Strategy and Operations (PSO) section of the Division of Management seeks the services of a Contractor to serve as an Information Systems Specialist as part of the Benefits team providing support for updating benefits legacy data in Workday.

DUTIES: 
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Actions on data discrepancies and reports anomalies appropriately
  • Performs user acceptance testing of system changes and fixes.
  • Performs routine reporting and responds to ad hoc data requests.
  • Prepares reports in support of HR system work streams and operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, coupled with degree or experience in a Human Resources field of study.
  • 5+ years of Workday experience required.
  • Proficient-level Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations including SOX
  • Strong analytical, research and conceptual-thinking skills to visualize solutions to a wide
  • variety of HR needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate when appropriate.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
