- Monitor and control electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions.
- Monitor and respond to operating and error messages.
- May enter commands at a computer terminal and set controls on computer and peripheral devices.
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
- Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
- Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
- Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Education: High School or GED equivalent
Experience: 1+ years hands-on experience in an Information Technology environment. Customer Support and ServiceNow experience a plus.
Required: DoDD 8570.01 IAT-II certification (e.g., Security + CE or equivalent), current Computing Environment (e.g., MD-100) certification
