Implement and manage Paid and Organic Social Advertising campaigns 
Ø Ensure proper campaign set up to track properly in Adobe SiteCatalyst and paid social buying platforms– primarily Facebook Power Editor, Twitter Ads Manager, and Sprinklr 
Ø Work closely with other teams to enact organic and paid promotion of key social content 
Ø Manage the daily campaign optimization efforts of assigned accounts to ensure they are achieving the traffic, engagement and conversion goals set for each campaign 
Ø Manage daily budget tracking process to make sure pre-defined spending levels are on pace 
Ø Utilize team workflow system to manage and execute assignments as well as possess the ability to prioritize assignments based on urgency and importance 
Ø Create strategy proposals for new campaigns or account structures based on objectives provided by strategy partners 
Ø Manage bid rules and optimization efforts at the campaign, audience and ad levels to drive account performance 
Ø Review regular reporting to add insights and provide commentary to explain variations 
Ø Manage the execution and reporting of ad, landing page and vendor beta testing initiatives 
Ø Collaborate with management, team members and social outlets to define policies, processes and procedures to further drive efficiencies and performance for key stakeholders 
Ø Keep current on the social media advertising industry and propose new ideas to further enhance campaign tactics and capabilities

 

Required Skills & Education 
Ø 2-5 years executing lead gen or commerce focused social media advertising campaigns 
Ø Four-year degree in Marketing, Media, Business Management or Finance 
Ø Must have a thorough working knowledge of Facebook and Twitter advertising interfaces, and be familiar with Pinterest, Snapchat and Instagram 
Ø Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and prioritize time 
Ø Comfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior management 
Ø High proficiency with Microsoft Excel 
Ø Ability to quickly learn new software packages

 

Ø Experience working on e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns 
Ø Familiar with a major web analytics vendor such as Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Coremetrics, or Webtrends to drive tactical decisions 
Ø Topical understanding of digital marketing attribution and cookie/login based audiences
