Job Description

Kavaliro has partnered with an organization in Holly Hill, Florida seeking a Sr Network Engineer.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot Cisco Networks devices, including wireless access points, controllers, routers, switches, and firewalls. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and assess network architecture requirements and determine optimum, cost-effective solutions. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan Network systems monitoring and inventory capacity management. 
  • Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel. 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of Information Technology or equivalent experience and 10 years of experience as a Network Engineer
  • Current CCNP Enterprise
  • Experience with implementation and management of high availability connectivity in a multi-data center environment. 
  • Experience with Cisco Firepower, Nexus, and Catalyst devices.
  • Experience with Palo Alto is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Cisco network infrastructure requirements and standards.
  • Knowledge of Cisco network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF and BGP
  • Knowledge of contract documents and specifications. 
Salary:
  • $90k-$100k
