Job Title: Senior Software Developer (.NET/C#)
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong background in .NET/C# and web application development to join our agile development team. This role plays a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable collaborating across teams, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver new features.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.

Conduct and participate in code reviews.

Mentor junior team members and support technical growth.

Contribute to architectural design and implementation strategies.

Recommend and apply software development best practices, including testing and security.

Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends.

Document components, technical decisions, and development processes.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in an agile environment.

Proficiency in C#, RESTful API development, and PostgreSQL.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong skills in unit, integration, and performance testing.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub).

Solid understanding of software design patterns and architecture principles.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:

Background or familiarity with warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics operations.

Experience with ETL processes and handling large datasets.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker.

Experience working with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
