Kavaliro has an immediate need for a Sr. SharePoint Developer to automate business processes, integrate visual designs, develop workflows and create collaborative workspaces. The candidate, as an integral member of a collaborative work team, will provide instrumental support and specialized expertise to team members regarding business process automation, workflows, task design, visual layout, and usability.


Requirements: (Clearance/Citizenship)
  • Clearance: Minimum SECRET
  • Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyze the SQL data is desired
  • Must have a strong programming background authoring well written, well documented, modular and clean code
  • Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and to work successfully under pressure
  • Must be a team player exhibiting diplomatic and decisive qualities
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), SharePoint Applications (Desired)
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), SharePoint
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Web Applications
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Applications Lifecycle Management
  • MCSA: Windows Server 2008


Experience:
  • Experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications
  • Knowledge and experience in the creation and integration of SharePoint Web Parts, templates and customization using html and SharePoint Designer
  • Experience programming in .NET 3.5, C#, ASP.NET, C/C, XML, Visual Studios and Java
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation
  • Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service Oriented Architecture
  • Experience with SharePoint' s application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services a plus
  • Attention to Detail - Demonstrates thoroughness and contentious attention to detail
  • Customer Service - Works with clients and customers to assess their requirements, provide information or assistance, explains the scope of available products and services, is committed to quality deliverables
  • Oral Communication - Expresses information effectively, listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds professionally
  • Problem Solving - Identifies problems, determines accuracy and relevance of information, uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations and resolve issues
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive experience providing IT application development, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support
  • Must possess at least two (2) years of experience in SharePoint design and development
