Systems Administrator - Clarizen


The Systems Administrator plays an integral role in driving business growth and improving profitability by providing exceptional admin and implementation expertise. Focuses on delighting the customer by ensuring successful implementation and administration of a newly procured operational system of record, Clarizen. The software platform will be the primary system for project management and budget tracking, delivering collateral to internal and external clients, timekeeping, project and financial reporting, resource planning, scheduling, internal and operational issue management and will provide a client portal to collaborate and interface with external clients in support of their projects. The administrator will be responsible for partnering with the implementation lead for initial software configuration and project teams to collect and analyze information about their business processes and customer interactions to develop functional requirements, build project templates and work intake forms, and understand their workflow needs in order to design, configure and successfully deliver the platform to each team. Post-implementation the administrator will continue to maintain and administer the platform by: providing process guidance and best practices, custom reporting (client insights, project status, budget, metrics, and resource allocation), maintain system objects and templates (client portals, workflows, projects, forms, and fields), manage users, coordinate and execute testing and implementation of new processes, features, forms and functions, prepare and conduct user training, and support new employee onboarding for resources. 

Required:


3+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education    
Experience in leading IT implementation projects across cross-functional teams. Strong experience in developing communications for senior level audience. Product owner or product strategy experience preferred. 
- Experience implementing and administrating Clarizen
- The ability to translate internal/external client goals and objectives into actionable and measurable product enhancements
- Demonstrated proficiency with project planning, research and analysis
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated experience with creating and executing queries, reports and data models to facilitate data analysis and decision-making
- A self-starter who is accountable, dependable and mature
- Client-focused, team player, good teacher
- Good interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong abilities in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and web based tools 
  Experience interfacing with software vendors and IT organizations
- Lean Six Sigma or Product Owner certification
