Job Description

Kavaliro's client is seeking a Telecom Engineer with a strong technical background in RingCentral, Nice InContact, IVR, Studio, and Contact Center applications.

 
  • Designs and implements Telecommunication systems tailored to specific business requirements. 
  • Configures and optimizes Unified Communications systems and Contact Center features and functionalities to enhance communication efficiency.  
  • Analyzes, defines, and documents requirements for call flows, data, workflow, logical processes, and integrations with other systems. 
  • Provides technical support to internal teams, resolving Telecommunication-related issues promptly and effectively. 
  • Tracks user problems and troubleshoots issues related to Telephony and network connectivity. 
  • Collaborates with FPG-preferred vendors, Service Providers, and internal Teams to integrate Telecom systems with existing infrastructure and applications. 
  • Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained. 
  • Creates comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, setups, and troubleshooting procedures. 
  • Provides training sessions to internal Team and staff on the proper use and maintenance of Telecom systems. 
  • Monitors system availability, allocation, performance, and utilization to identify and address potential issues to ensure optimal functionality. 
  • Conducts regular system audits, system enhancements, and optimizations to improve efficiency and user/customer experience. 
  • Participates in all phases of the contact center systems life cycle. 
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed up to 10%.
