Job Description

Kavaliro has partnered with a client who is seeking a Tier 1 IT/Customer Support Specialist for a remote, direct hire opportunity.
Our client powers the work from anywhere world with tools for IT professionals to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual environments and end-user devices.
 
DUTIES:
  • Work Tier I tickets
  • Utilize Zendesk for documentation
  • Provide superior support via phone, email, text, ect.

REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 1+ year of experience in professionally supporting enterprise customers.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows server.
  • Basic networking experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English – native language level.
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple internal and external customers.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of VDI (Citrix/VMware/AVD) virtualization solutions.
