Experienced Voice Engineer will troubleshoot voice engineering operational issues. Troubleshooting will be on the existing infrastructure that consists of Avaya CM5 PBX, Avaya System and Session Manager, Avaya IP Telephones, Avaya G600/G4xx Gateways, SBC/SIP Trunking on Sonus 5000 and 2000 SBCs, NICE and Verint Recording and troubleshooting with the Nectar Voice tool.
The Voice Engineer primarily will be handling troubleshooting, but will also support small scale installations, Disaster Recover testing and support during high-volume storm support for the call centers
Avaya CM5 PBX or later version
SBC/SIP experience, preferably with Sonus Voice troubleshooting tools, preferably with Nectar
Good communications skills with end users and NOC

Microsoft Unified Messaging
Four year technical degree or equivalent on-the-job experience
