eCommerce and Digital Marketing Director

 

Website Management

-Project management and implementation of 3rd party website solutions supporting key online growth initiatives from research, testing, and development to implementation, maintenance, and full utilization

-Monitor daily website performance and functionality and thus research, fix, communicate, and offer constructive solutions to any issues, involve the Developers when necessary

-Implementation of minor website changes including editing content, moving banners and links, updating product site locations and product content

-Project management, creation, and execution of design projects from banner creation and editing, page layout and sale pages to onsite promotions and overall functionality

-Creation of new product listings in the most efficient manner (mass upload) *either mange the upload or manage the spreadsheet for a 3rd party to upload

-Creation of initial SEO content and optimization of new listings including product photos

-Management and monitoring of violations of company trademark and assets by unauthorized users

 

Digital Marketing

 

PPC

-Management of PPC 3rd Party direction, work, and success

-Align our needs, direction, and marketing initiatives with 3rd Party direction and work

-In depth bi-weekly analysis of metrics and reports, offer insights, recommendations, questions to improve performance and optimize campaigns

-Use data to research, test, and optimize website and product performance

-Evaluation of keywords, negative terms, and URLs to improve performance

-Management and monitoring of Google Product Feed

 

Social Media

-Management and creation of campaigns, content, ads to improve metrics and brand awareness

-Align our needs, direction, and marketing initiatives with social media marketing

 

Email Marketing

-Management of 3rd Party direction, work, and success

-Align our needs, direction, and marketing initiatives with 3rd Party direction and work

-Evaluation and analysis of metrics and reports, offer insights, recommendations, questions to improve performance and optimize campaigns

-Schedule and provide upcoming promotions, product knowledge and content to 3rd Party

-Optimization of automation

 

SEO

-Management, direction, and communication with 3rd Party work and success

-Align our needs, direction, and marketing initiatives with 3rd Party direction and work

-Utilization of software resources to fix broken links and errors

-Optimization of content to improve keyword ranks, onsite metrics, and conversions

-Schedule and provide direction and key areas of interest and attention to 3rd Party

-Evaluation and analysis of metrics and reports, cross reference with website and product performance, offer insights, recommendations, and questions to improve performance and optimization

 

Website Optimization

-Analysis of website performance down to specific products, pages, categories utilizing Webmaster Tools, SEM Rush, CrazyEgg, and most importantly Google Analytics

-Provide ideas, recommendations, changes to improve performance, conversions, and other website analytics and metrics

-Identify areas needing improvement, research, testing, management and implementation pf 3rd Party website solutions

-Optimization and analysis of search function

 

Skills and Experience

Strong knowledge of MS Office and spreadsheets

Basic HTML knowledge

3-5 years of eCommerce
