The Senior ERP Systems Programmer & Manager serves as the strategic lead for the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the district's Oracle Cloud HCM environment, ensuring high-fidelity system integration. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Services, the role manages a specialized team of support analysts and engineers while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex technical defects. This position is within the Application Services department and requires a deep technical understanding of relational databases and project management methodologies to align ERP functionality with student achievement deliverables. Ultimately, this role is essential because the successful execution of a long-term ERP roadmap is the primary driver of maintaining data integrity and operational reliability, which are necessary to achieve the district's strategic objectives.<br>

Application Support Analyst assist users of computer and mobile applications. Problems may be detected from areas where users have consistently reported problems, or when users are unable to complete certain tasks. These analysts may receive inquiries from clients through chat, email, or phone, so customer service skills are beneficial in this position. Application Support Analysts may also create frequently-asked-questions (FAQ) lists and troubleshooting guides to minimize the number of inquiries made. Problems and bugs that are reported should be researched, followed by resolutions, and problems should then continue to be monitored. These support analysts perform many tasks independently, but it's also important that they work well with others in technical positions to successfully obtain conclusions. Required Qualifications and Experience:<br>

Minimum of 5+ years of direct Workday HCM experience, including hands-on configuration and system administration.<br>

Proven success supporting large enterprise environments, ideally within healthcare or unionized organizations.<br>
<br>
Strong background in data migration, EIB loads, and deployment transitions.<br>
<br>
Experience across additional Workday modules is a plus (e.g., Compensation, Security, Reporting).<br>
<br>
Familiarity with Smartsheet and Jira preferred but trainable.<br>
<br>
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.<br>
<br>
Strong analytical and pragmatic problem-solving mindset; able to work autonomously and consultatively.<br>
