In this role, youâll be responsible for maintaining accurate shipment data, tracking inbound deliveries, and supporting import documentation to ensure compliance and visibility across the supply chain.
<br>This position is based onsite in our client's Jacksonville office, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.<br> 

<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Accurately enter and manage shipment information within internal systems
&#9;<li>Monitor inbound shipments and provide updates to ensure on-time delivery
&#9;<li>Assist with preparing and submitting import documentation in line with compliance requirements
&#9;<li>Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams regarding shipment status
&#9;<li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to shipping documents or delivery schedules
&#9;<li>Maintain well-organized records of all shipping and import documentation
&#9;<li>Provide administrative and reporting support to the logistics team as needed
&#9;<li>Oversee air import shipments from booking through final delivery (ocean experience is a plus)
&#9;<li>Prepare and review key shipping documents such as air waybills, invoices, packing lists, and manifests
&#9;<li>Ensure compliance with customs and government regulations, including ACE and ISF filings
&#9;<li>Act as a primary point of contact for agents, overseas partners, carriers, and airlines
&#9;<li>Handle invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and supporting overall shipment profitability
&#9;<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as delays, damages, or cargo discrepancies

<br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>

<br>&middot; Responsible for sales efforts that identify major programs within the Regional State and Local Governments and manage company&nbsp;efforts to secure a capture position within those opportunities- meet and exceed quarterly/yearly quota.<br> 

<br>&middot; Support preparation and pricing of proposals for State and Local Government bids.<br> 

<br>&middot; Assist with quarterly sales reports. Establish and execute multi-year strategic partner plans with critical market capture goals, program-based objectives, design-in targets and preferred relationship status.&nbsp;<br>

            <description><![CDATA[<br><strong>Job Overview:</strong>&nbsp;As a Senior Litigation Associate, you will be a key member of our litigation team, responsible for managing and overseeing complex litigation matters. You will work closely with clients, providing strategic legal advice, representing them in court, and ensuring successful outcomes in various types of disputes.<br> 

<br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>

&#9;<li>Manage and oversee all phases of litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, discovery, trial preparation, and trial.
&#9;<li>Represent clients in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
&#9;<li>Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
&#9;<li>Take and defend depositions, and prepare witnesses for testimony.
&#9;<li>Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes favorably for clients.
&#9;<li>Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective legal strategies.
&#9;<li>Provide counsel and advice to clients on potential legal risks and issues.
&#9;<li>Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
&#9;<li>Participate in business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
&#9;<li>Stay current with developments in the law and maintain a deep understanding of procedural and substantive aspects of litigation.
</ul>

<br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
&#9;<li>Admission to the Florida state bar and in good standing.
&#9;<li>Minimum of 3+&nbsp;years of litigation experience, with a strong track record of handling complex cases.
&#9;<li>Proven ability to manage all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution.
&#9;<li>Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
&#9;<li>Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
&#9;<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
&#9;<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
&#9;<li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
</ul>

<br><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience in commercial litigation, class actions, and multi-district litigation.
&#9;<li>Background in managing large-scale discovery and eDiscovery processes.
&#9;<li>Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
</ul>

&#9;<li>Independently create high-quality, performant, and visually compelling VFX assets for games- including real-time particle systems, textures & texture atlases, and shaders/materials</li>
&#9;<li>Work closely with designers, engineers, and related artists to design, implement, and troubleshoot VFX&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Be a self-starter who meets deadlines and actively collaborates with the team on VFX goals, prioritization, and scheduling</li>
&#9;<li>Seek out and fix performance issues&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Maintain a meticulous, organized approach to creating, documenting, and sharing VFX for the team</li>
&#9;<li>Have a great attitude and be a positive force at the studio- flexible and adaptive to the needs of the team</li>

Requirements:

&#9;<li>Portfolio of work demonstrating proficiency in creating and implementing real-time VFX in&nbsp;Unreal Engine</li>
&#9;<li>Proficiency in creating visual effects like fluids/pyro/etc and lighting/rendering/compositing in a software package like Houdini/Maya/Max/Blender/etc&nbsp;</li>
&#9;<li>Working knowledge of real-time lighting, post-FX, shaders, and real-time performance issues</li>
&#9;<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Art, related field or equivalent work experience</li>
&#9;<li>5+ years of experience working in game development or related field</li>
&#9;<li>Minimum of 2 or 3 shipped AAA games as a VFX or Technical Artist</li>
