The role also involves coordinating with Directors and Managers to optimize resource utilization, ensuring effective execution across multiple offices. <strong>Specific Roles and Responsibilities:</strong>

&#9;<li>Cost Estimation and Proposal Development: Provide historical data, participate in estimates for regional pursuits, and prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals. Review project specifications, conduct site visits, and analyze data to develop competitive proposals. Familiar with Accubid.
&#9;<li>Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Ensure proper sourcing procedures, develop strong relationships with key vendors and subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.
&#9;<li>Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their requirements and concerns, while building long-term relationships for stability and growth.
&#9;<li>Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify challenges and opportunities, and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
&#9;<li>Collaboration with Business Development: Identify high-value opportunities and help establish and maintain key client relationships.
&#9;<li>Cross-Region and Cross-Company Participation: Contribute to cross-region and cross- company pursuits, prioritizing the best interests of the company.
&#9;<li>Project Execution Oversight: Work closely with the Director of Project Delivery to ensure proper execution of projects requiring additional expertise and oversight, ensuring project profitability.

&#9;<li>Technical and Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and technologies, engaging with industry organizations to promote the company.
&#9;<li>Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure project activities adhere to safety protocols, working with the Safety Team to create a safe working environment and promoting compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

<strong>Qualifications:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in construction and/or project management preferably within the industrial electrical contracting industry.
&#9;<li>Strong understanding of principles and practices of project management, including planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating.
&#9;<li>Demonstrated success in supervising cost controls, budgeting, and tracking for complex projects.
&#9;<li>Ability to develop and administer a project budget and analyze and forecast expenditures related to the assigned project area.
&#9;<li>Familiarity with, and ability to interpret and apply, all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
&#9;<li>Demonstrated skill in contract negotiation tactics and strategies.
&#9;<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with proven experience in supervising and developing direct reports.
&#9;<li>Proficiency in construction software, project management tools, and industry-specific software (e.g., Accubid, Primavera, ViewPoint, Bluebeam,).
&#9;<li>Ability to oversee multiple projects and personnel simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

<strong><u>DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</u></strong><br />
<strong><em>Accounting</em></strong><br />
Maintain supporting documentation for all accounting transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. Review, analyze, and audit general ledger (GL) accounts for accuracy, completeness, and proper classification. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Perform other accounting-related duties and special projects as assigned.<br />
<strong><em>Financial Reporting</em></strong><br />
Prepare and distribute financial reports to management, providing insights and explanations for variances as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.<br />
<strong><em>Monitor</em></strong><br />
Monitor financial activity and identify inconsistencies, recommending corrective actions when necessary.<br />
<strong><em>Support</em></strong><br />
Support internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation and responding to inquiries.<br />
<br />
<strong><u>REQUIREMENTS:</u></strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelorâs degree in Accounting or Finance. </li>
&#9;<li>3+ years of accounting experience. </li>
&#9;<li>3+ years of month-end close experience for a company of 1000 or more and full cycle in house.</li>
&#9;<li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. </li>
&#9;<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word. </li>
&#9;<li>High attention to detail and strong analytical skills. </li>
&#9;<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills abilities. </li>
</ul>
<br />
<strong><em>PREFERRED:</em></strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience using the Blackline account reconciliation software.</li>
&#9;<li>Experience using Microsoft Dynamics.</li>
&#9;<li>Smartsheet experience. Accounting experience in the construction industry.</li>

            <description><![CDATA[Kavaliro's client is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager for a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA.<br>

<strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Support branch project managers in their day-to-day operations as well as manage their own projects.
&#9;<li>Support field operations by ensuring coordination of communications, timely material orders, and accurate project schedules.
&#9;<li>Responsible for ensuring a safe workplace for every employee while following and ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to.
&#9;<li>Recommend areas for cost efficiencies, branch opportunities, and execution of the regionâs vision.
</ul>

<strong>Major Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Ensure all permits and plan reviews are coordinated in a timely manner.
&#9;<li>Ensure appropriate quality and quantity of materials are ordered to meet daily workflows on assigned projects.
&#9;<li>Attend project meetings, as required.
&#9;<li>Coordinate subcontractors.
&#9;<li>Ensure field supervisor and foreman are aware of any specialized needs.
&#9;<li>Ensure all direct charges are appropriately recorded to the job and in a timely fashion.
&#9;<li>Ensure all change orders are tracked, recorded, and provided to the customer in a timely fashion.
&#9;<li>Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate in a respectful manner to field personnel, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure jobs run as efficiently as possible.
&#9;<li>Ensures that Field Leaders and all Project manpower has the correct wage structure incorporated into all Projects under their control.
&#9;<li>Monitors Project manpower resources and project workload, with the help of the Project Manager, to coordinate the assignment of manpower as needed to ensure that labor is managed in the most effective manner possible.
&#9;<li>Maintains knowledge of quality Field Leader candidates to ensure the ability to perform work as needed. Takes advantage of networking opportunities to recruit new Field Leaders.
&#9;<li>Coordinates periodic meetings with job teams to review project status to ensure efficient, accurate, and budget sensitive completion.
&#9;<li>Provides the best possible environment to motivate field employees and maintain the highest possible morale in the office and on the job site.
&#9;<li>Defines and analyzes problems in a timely manner and makes expedient decisions consistent with the ethical standards and policies established by the Company.
&#9;<li>Attends an internal Job Kickoff meeting with the Project Manager and Field Leader once a Project has been awarded. This meeting is being held to provide execution details of the Project to the Field Leader so that he has a thorough understanding of the job from the beginning.
&#9;<li>Assist field supervisor with setting benchmarking objectives for job completion.
&#9;<li>Prepare, manage, and distribute appropriate documentation for job close out in coordination with company policies and procedures.
&#9;<li>Analyzes, prepares, coordinates, and provides monthly job progress reports.
&#9;<li>Consistently visits job sites to ensure the efficiency of the jobs and to create a collaborative relationship with the client.
&#9;<li>Requires 75% travel to client sites throughout the southeast&nbsp;
</ul>

<strong>Qualifications:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>AAS degree in construction management, project management, business, or related field and/or;
&#9;<li>Minimum of 1+ years experience in an equivalent or similar role or equivalent combination of experience and educational background.
&#9;<li>Ability to manage multiple projects sizing from $0 - $1Million dollars at any particular time.
&#9;<li>Must have the proven judgment and ability to motivate, mentor, and train employees to maximum individual and team efforts.
&#9;<li>Strong attention to detail.
&#9;<li>Must have proven leadership qualities and the ability to communicate with direct reports in a clear, logical, concise and timely manner.
&#9;<li>Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and functions at a single point in time.
&#9;<li>Trade inspection in various jurisdictions.
&#9;<li>Microsoft Suite
&#9;<li>Power Bi, Accubid, and Viewpoint Vista a plus.
</ul>

<strong>PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS</strong>

&#9;<li>This position should be able to sit, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift items not to exceed 75 pounds.
&#9;<li>This position should be able to climb, crawl, and squat as job site access may demand.

The Electrical Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for projects of varying size. The Electrcial Project Manager leads a project management team to deliver exceptional results for our clients, while proactively developing new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers. <strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to mitigate risk and ensure project success and profitability</li>
&#9;<li>Make difficult decisions regarding projects and the allocation of project resources</li>
&#9;<li>Assume ultimate responsibility for the outcome of projects</li>
&#9;<li>Effectively supervise a team in the day to day management of projects</li>
&#9;<li>Effectively supervise the maintenance of project required logs and tracking systems and take corrective measures as necessary</li>
&#9;<li>Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project and assist in negotiating for an overall profitable outcome</li>
&#9;<li>Maintain all logs required to track the progress of the project</li>
&#9;<li>Function as a liaison between the field and the client(s) to facilitate effective construction activities</li>
&#9;<li>Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the General Foreman and/or onsite Foreman to ensure the project is being built on schedule and within budget</li>
&#9;<li>Investigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures</li>
&#9;<li>Represent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.</li>
&#9;<li>Manage subcontractor activities including associated costs, schedule, and related change orders</li>
&#9;<li>Estimate projects as needed</li>
&#9;<li>Prepare for and attend monthly financial reviews and accurately project profitability to upper management</li>
&#9;<li>Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the companyâs interest and maintain strong relationship with the client</li>

<strong>Qualification Requirements:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Estimating experience: Accubid preferred</li>
&#9;<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite, BlueBeam, and understanding of AutoCAD, and Revit</li>
&#9;<li>Proven experience mentoring and managing others</li>
&#9;<li>Positive, proactive attitude and strong customer focus</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to read and understand Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings</li>
&#9;<li>Extensive knowledge of, and compliance with, all electrical codes, Local Union Labor Agreements, and State Compliance Laws/Regulations</li>
&#9;<li>Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing job requirements</li>
&#9;<li>Strong understanding of complex and technical electrical construction and management practices</li>

<strong>Education/Experience:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>A Bachelorâs degree in a construction, engineering, or business related field from an accredited college or university preferred</li>
&#9;<li>A minimum of ten&nbsp;yearsâ experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction (*)</li>
&#9;<li>Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods required (*)</li>
&#9;<li>LEED AP, PE, and OSHA 30 certifications are desired but not mandatory</li>
