<strong>Shift Requirements:</strong><br>
Can be flexible but would need to work within 7am-6pm based on time zone.<br>
(On-call on weekends, will be shared amongst team of 7- Monitoring inbox)<br>
<strong>Remote:</strong><br>
Travel is not a requirement but could be a possibility, not often.<br>
<strong>Preferred Skills:</strong>&nbsp;<br>
Must have at least 3 years of experience using HCHB on a support/implementation level.<br>
Must be able to hit the ground running, experience is more important than education. can manager themselves, self-starter.<br>

Application Support Analyst Serves as a subject matter expert for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and related clinical applications. This role is responsible for providing technical support, optimization of systems, processes, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The analyst collaborates across teams to maintain system integrity, improve operational efficiency, and support clinical staff through training and technical guidance.<br>
Application Support Analyst assist users of computer and mobile applications. They must be able to think creatively in order to implement improvements, and they may also be involved in installing new software and making updates. Software must be tested prior to being implemented and then re-tested periodically. Problems may be detected from areas where users have consistently reported problems, or when users are unable to complete certain tasks. These analysts may receive inquiries from clients through chat, email, or phone, so customer service skills are beneficial in this position. Application Support Analysts may also create frequently-asked-questions (FAQ) lists and troubleshooting guides to minimize the number of inquiries made. Problems and bugs that are reported should be researched, followed by resolutions, and problems should then continue to be monitored. These support analysts perform many tasks independently, but it's also important that they work well with others in technical positions to successfully obtain conclusions. The Application Support Analyst is responsible for: Assessing, coordinating, and reviewing all issues and impacts associated with applications support and business processes; Working independently on escalated issues; Proactively suggesting ways of improving system stability, availability, performance and reliability; Leading teams and projects to resolve complex technical issues; Protecting and insuring the stability of the operational systems as well as maintaining the integrity of the data they contain.<br>

            <description><![CDATA[Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a contract scenario.<br>
<br>
<strong><u>Duties:</u></strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements. 
&#9;<li>Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases. 
&#9;<li>Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the clientâs business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.

<strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong><br>
&bull; Must have a minimum of 5+ years<br>
&bull; Systems/IT BA will assist with various projects and manage some of the work streams.<br>
&bull; IT BA but more Systems BA. Not IT BA is required but Systems BA is required and understanding how this works.<br>
&bull; Any exp with EHR (electronic health records) and/or Revenue Cycle System (this would be helpful but not required).<br>
&bull; Shift: 8am-5pm<br>
&bull; Hybrid position: Must be available to be onsite min 3 days a week. This can change in the future more to accommodate the business need<br>
