<strong>Overview:</strong><br>
Kavaliro is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support requirements engineering, solutions engineering, reliability, resiliency, R&D, integration, T&E, and analysis across CAP/SAP architectures in the NSG and DoD/IC, ensuring timely and accurate GEOINT.<br>
<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Develop and maintain Systems Engineering Plans (SEP), Configuration Management Plans (CMP), and acquisition documentation.
&#9;<li>Implement repeatable processes for transitioning technologies into PMO infrastructure.
&#9;<li>Participate in requirements development and baseline documentation.
&#9;<li>Evaluate industry solutions to identify innovative technologies for prototyping and transition.
&#9;<li>Provide requirements for RFCs, ICDs, and multi-agency coordination meetings. Support transitioning R&D capabilities into operations.

<strong>Required Skills:</strong>

&#9;<li>Bachelorâs in Engineering and&nbsp;12+ years of experience, or 12+ years of related technical/scientific experience in lieu of degree.
&#9;<li>Demonstrated experience with IPS, SOSI, Radar/Optical sensors, C2, BMC3, orbital analysis, and OSC/DSC.
&#9;<li>Experience working with data at multiple classification levels and applying security controls from SECRET to TS/CAP/SAP.
&#9;<li>Demonstrated experience in space-to-ground threats, track deconfliction, and SSA.
&#9;<li>Experience supporting CAP/SAP mission partner architectures.
&#9;<li>TS/SCI clearance adjudication and ability to pass CI Poly.

<strong>The Role</strong>

<br>We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals with <strong>space operations</strong> and <strong>technical expertise</strong> to join our team as <strong>FSR Analysts</strong>. In this role, youâll be on the front lines supporting the implementation of a unique, operationally focused software solution while strengthening partnerships with end users.<br> 

<br>Youâll work side-by-side with analysts to <strong>train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop new use cases</strong> â all while solving unique and challenging problems. This role may involve embedding with users worldwide as well as collaborating directly with Kavaliro engineering and implementation teams.<br>

<strong>Core Responsibilities</strong>

<ul>

&#9;<br>Provide <strong>desk-side and classroom training</strong> to analysts and operators.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Respond to user requests and troubleshoot technical issues.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback and enhance solutions.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Develop and support use cases that improve mission operations.<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Facilitate collaboration across teams and ensure customer success.<br> 
&#9;

<strong>What We Value</strong>

<ul>

&#9;<br>Experience with <strong>space operations</strong> (desired).<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Technical background with working knowledge of <strong>Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript</strong>.<br>

&#9;<br>Experience with advanced data platforms (a plus).<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Strong communication skills â ability to explain complex concepts clearly.<br>

&#9;<br>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.<br>

&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Military experience, especially with <strong>operational planning</strong> (a plus).<br>
