<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Coordinate with Directors and other Managers to promote efficient and collaborative resource utilization and effective execution across multiple offices.
&#9;<li>Foster a superior customer service attitude across all employees and sites.
&#9;<li>Coordinate efforts with multiple branches, Regional Directors, Branch Managers, and company team members to implement plans and policies to achieve overall objectives and ensure operating results.
&#9;<li>Defines project needs, develops project scope, and work plans for more complex projects which are larger in size, scope, budget, and impact.
&#9;<li>Cost Estimation and Proposal Development: Provide historical data for key projects. Participate in estimates for regional pursuits and prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates and proposals for applicable projects. Review project specifications, conduct site visits and client meetings, and analyze data to develop competitive and compelling proposals within the operational capabilities of the applicable team.
&#9;<li>Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Ensure proper sourcing procedures are followed and that compliant products and services are sourced at competitive prices. Develop strong relationships with key vendors and subcontractors to promote long-term collaboration and ensure timely delivery and consistent quality.
&#9;<li>Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients and develop key relationships for long-term stability and growth. Engage with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide expert guidance on solutions.
&#9;<li>Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments for each project to identify potential challenges and opportunities. Develop risk mitigation plans and alternate solutions when warranted to ensure successful project outcomes.
&#9;<li>Collaborate with Business Development to identify high-value opportunities as well as establishing and maintaining key client relationships.
&#9;<li>Participate as-needed for cross-region and cross-company pursuits in the overall best interests of the companies.
&#9;<li>Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Monitor all expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
&#9;<li>Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure project activities adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, coordinating all required involvement from the Safety Team, and promoting a safe working environment for employees, subcontractors, and clients.
&#9;<li>Promote, implement, and ensure compliance with all applicable federal state, county, and local safety related regulations.
</ul>

<strong>Qualifications:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in construction and/or project management within the industrial contracting industry.
&#9;<li>Strong understanding of principles and practices of project management, including planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating.
&#9;<li>Demonstrated success in supervising cost controls, budgeting, and tracking for complex projects.
&#9;<li>Demonstrated skill in contract negotiation tactics and strategies.
&#9;<li>Proficiency in construction software, project management tools, and industry-specific software (e.g., Accubid, Primavera, ViewPoint, Bluebeam,).
&#9;<li>Ability to oversee multiple projects and personnel simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
&#9;<li>Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
&#9;<li>Ability to provide timely, reliable, efficient, and courteous communication to internal and external clients.
&#9;<li>Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components is desired but not required.

&#9;<li>Maintains knowledge of quality Field Leader candidates to ensure the ability to perform work as needed. Takes advantage of networking opportunities to recruit new Field Leaders.

<strong>Qualification Requirements:</strong>

&#9;<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite, BlueBeam, and understanding of AutoCAD, and Revit</li>

<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Estimate creation & setup

&#9;<ul>
&#9;&#9;<li>Creates estimate folders.
&#9;&#9;<li>Keeps Accubid default job up to date with current labor rates, tax rates, etc.
&#9;&#9;<li>Reviews bid opportunities, bid plans and specifications, proposed schedule.
&#9;&#9;<li>Performs estimate takeoff.
&#9;&#9;<li>Requests material, equipment, and other miscellaneous pricing from various vendors, verifies quotes meet owner expectations.
&#9;&#9;<li>Reviews and finalizes estimate with management.
&#9;&#9;<li>Creates estimate scope of work.
&#9;&#9;<li>Submits estimate to customer.
&#9;&#9;<li>Performs estimate handoff to project management upon award.
&#9;&#9;<li>Assists Project Manager and owner with Value Engineering ideas and pricing.
&#9;</ul>

&#9;<li>Responsible for maintaining organized document flow within assigned estimates.
&#9;<li>Assists Business Development and Project Management with customer / jobsite visits as necessary.
</ul>
<br>
<strong>Required Experience:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>1+ years of estimating commercial and / or industrial electrical projects. 
&#9;<li>Seeking prior estimating experience with bids ranging from $250K - $20M.
&#9;<li>Experience with Trimble Accubid electrical estimating software or other similar products.
&#9;<li>Principles and practices of estimating, including planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating.
&#9;<li>Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws related to the assigned project area.
&#9;<li>Safe working practices, codes, and regulations applicable to the assigned project area.
&#9;<li>Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
